FanPrice.com wishes
to create a positive and safe experience for Fans wishing to buy tickets.
FanPrice.com puts this desire for a positive customer experience into writing
with this Ticket Guarantee.
FanPrice.com guarantees
all Fans the following:

Your tickets will arrive in time for the event.
- Fans must contact FanPrice.com Customer Service at customerservice@fanprice.com
or 877-Fans Rule (877-326-7785) no later than the earlier of 3 calendar days after the date the
tickets were scheduled to arrive or 3 calendar days prior to the event. If Buyer
does not contact FanPrice.com Customer Service within this required time period,
the benefits of this guarantee will not be applicable.
- If your tickets
are not received before the event, FanPrice.com will work to attempt to locate the
tickets and ensure their delivery (or attempted delivery) to you prior to the event. If the tickets cannot be located and no delivery
attempt was made prior to the event, FanPrice.com will issue a FULL REFUND, including all fees and
costs of shipping and handling.

Your tickets will be authentic and valid for entry.
- In the event
of any problems at the venue, please call our FanPrice.com Customer Service immediately
at (877-326-7785) for assistance. We will
use our best efforts to contact the Ticket Holder and resolve any problems on the
spot and get you into the show.
- If you are unable to contact FanPrice.com and/or we are unable
to resolve the problem and/or find suitable replacement tickets,
you must contact FanPrice.com within 7 calendar days following the date of the event. We will send you a prepaid FedEx shipping
label for you to use to return the tickets to us, along with a Ticket Return Form. Once we receive confirmation from the venue
that the tickets were invalid, we will issue you a FULL REFUND for the cost of the
tickets, plus all service and shipping and handling fees.
- Fans’ refunds
for invalid tickets are limited to a lifetime maximum of $2000, or two claims under
the FanPrice.com Tickets Guarantee, whichever comes first.
- FanPrice.com
reserves the right to increase the lifetime maximum and/or the number of claims
a Fan may file, depending upon facts and circumstances, at the sole discretion of
FanPrice.com.

Your tickets will be identical or superior to the ones you ordered.
- Fans must
contact FanPrice.com Customer Service at customerservice@fanprice.com or 877-FANS
RULE (877-326-7785) no more than 3 calendar
days after Fans’ receipt of the tickets. Please note that similar or more desirable
tickets may be substituted in place of the specific tickets used in the acceptance
of your offer. More desirable tickets are
defined as a closer row in the zone in which the Fans’ offer was accepted and/or
a lower numbered Zone, which the Fan chose when placing their offer.
- We will investigate
your complaint and determine whether you received identical or superior tickets
than those for which you placed an offer. If we determine that you did not receive
identical or superior tickets, we will, either provide you with replacement tickets
that are the same as or superior than the tickets for which you placed an offer,
or at our option and following our receipt of the tickets from you, issue you a
FULL REFUND for the cost of the tickets, plus all service and shipping and handling
fees.

You will be refunded if the event is canceled and not rescheduled.
- If an event
is canceled and will not occur at a later date, FanPrice.com will send the Fan an
email with instructions on how to obtain a FULL REFUND.
In many cases, the Fan will not have to return the tickets, but do not destroy
the tickets until you receive word from FanPrice.com that this is the case. In some cases, the Tickets must be returned
to FanPrice.com. In these cases, the Fan
will be sent instructions and must return the tickets within 2 weeks in order to
receive a FULL REFUND, inclusive of all fees, shipping and handling charges.
- Similarly,
if an event is postponed and FanPrice.com is unable to obtain replacement tickets
for the Fan, FanPrice.com will contact the Fan with instructions for obtaining their
FULL REFUND, inclusive of all fees, shipping and handling charges.
If the tickets must be returned, they must be received by FanPrice.com within
2 weeks of the Fan receiving such notice.
The FanPrice.com Ticket Guarantee is effective as of, and applies to all orders
placed after, June 21, 2007.
We reserve the right
to suspend or permanently cancel the registration of any User who attempts to abuse
the FanPrice.com Ticket Guarantee and will report any such abuse to the appropriate
legal authorities.
