ALL USERS
We track your IP address, browser type, connection speed and basic information about
your computer using log files, to help provide information, customer service, diagnose
problems with our server and for security purposes. This means that a user's session

help identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad demographic information.

to ship tickets and keep in contact with you, as well as provide security information
for your account as well as general demographic information for our records.
MAKING OR ACCEPTING OFFERS
If you choose to make or accept offers on the website, you will be asked for credit
card information and a confirmed shipping address. In the case of making offers,
the credit card is obtained so that we may charge the card upon acceptance of the
offer and the address to make sure the tickets are being shipped where you wish.
In the case of accepting offers, the credit card information is being taken to verify
your identity and insure compliance with our Ticket Guarantee and User Agreement.
WITHDRAWING FUNDS
Users have the option of withdrawing funds stored in their account either by check
or electronic withdrawal. If you choose electronic withdrawal you will be asked
to input bank account information. If you request a withdrawal by check to an address
other than your verified credit card billing address, we ask you to send us additional
information by fax (such as your driver’s license, credit card statement, and/or
a recent utility bill or other information linking you to the applicable address),
or to answer additional questions online to help verify your information.
SURVEYS and CONTESTS
From time-to-time, we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests
or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable
information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary
and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The

No specific consideration is being paid for this release, and although Fanprice.com
may be running promotional events in connection with such Media the user understands
that Fanprice.com is relying on this release without consideration if it avails
itself of any or all of the rights granted herein. Any promotion/contest is a separate
agreement and although a specific piece of Media may not win a particular contest
or qualify for a promotional item, Fanprice.com still may use any such Media in
its promotion and marketing as stated in this section.
