| What are E Tickets? | |
| E-tickets are PDF files supplied by the primary ticket seller that work the same as traditional hardstock tickets. | |
| | |
| What is the cost of shipping? | |
| It depends on the type of tickets the seller has. Some sellers have Hardstock tickets. These are delivered via Fedex and cost $15.00. Other sellers have E-Tickets and these are delivered electronically and only cost $4.50. | |
| | |
| How long will it take for my tickets to arrive? | |
| When your offer is accepted or you buy the tickets you will be given an approximate ship date. Remember, once your offer is accepted, your tickets are guaranteed to arrive before the show. | |
| | |
| What is a zone? | |
| A zone is a collection of section and rows with similar views of the event. | |
| | |
| Can I place an offer for specific tickets? | |
| To purchase specific tickets, simply go to the Buy Now portion of our website. We have you make offers on Zones to help you get the price you set. Since the offers go out to multiple sellers who have tickes that meet your seating specifications, you have a much better chance of having one of those sellers agree to sell at the price you set. | |
| | |
| What if my event is cancelled? | |
| If your event is cancelled and not rescheduled you will receive a full refund. Please DO NOT throw away your tickets until you receive an e-mail or call from one of our customer service agents instructing you to do so. | |
| | |
| What if my event is postponed? | |
| If your event is postponed, your tickets will be good for the new date. You will receive an e-mail from us with the new event information. | |
| | |
| Can I cancel my order if my event is postponed? | |
| As part of our guarantee to sellers, once the offer is accepted or the tickets are purchashed, that cannot be changed or cancelled. If the event is cancelled you will get a full refund, but we cannot cancel an order that is postponed. | |
| | |
| Is the average price the original face value? | |
| Probably not. Our system bases the average price on actual market value of tickets and thus it may be higher or lower than the original face value of the tickets. | |
